The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective management of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs
- Support current and future business needs through employee development and engagement
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation
- Develop and monitor overall HR policies and procedures
- Manage payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits administration
- Promote a positive workplace culture and high employee morale
