History
Yubhel was established year 2000 as a small trading enterprises catering to various electronic manufacturing companies in Calabarzon and Metro Manila.
It grew from a small trading firm and acquired shop instruments, equipment & machinery to serve its client's needs on tooling, special designed jigs and work holding fixtures.
Yubhel also ventured in servicing large pumps for a private sewerage and water treatment facilities, doing new installation, repairs and maintenance works. We also done several Industrial electrical installation, HVAC services, Truck weighing scale installation and other small projects.
By 2006, Yubhel ventured to cater services to various HFO power plants and marine engine reconditioning. We done several in-situ grinding & polishing, refurbishment of cylinder heads, Big and Bearing Cap, boiler piping reworks and many related projects so far.
With our current set-up, we still continue our precision jigs, work holder & toolings fabrications for electronic and semiconductor clients. But with our big shop facilities, and acquisition of specialized equipment, we are geared to serve the heavy industry sector to do heavy fabrication of large structures such as penstock section, gantry gilders and crane assembly, sluice gate and other similar heavy assembly. We are now serving our clients with specialty services such as laser alignment condition measurement and alignment correction. “In-Situ” machining, grinding & polishing and we can now offer in-place balancing thru our tie-up/venture with equipment supplier.
Key Personnel
Yubhel is owned & manage by Engr.Bernabe Ermoso & his wife Lourdesas the General Manager of the enterprise. Eng’r. Ermoso is a mechanical engineer with vast experience in various industries and engineering applications, from tooling designing to heavy engine reworks and rehabilitation. He heads the operation group and hands-on on critical technical matters that the group encounters.
For the In-situ machining, grinding and polishing, the team is headed by Mr. Marlon Orani Sr., a well seasoned and highly skilled mechanical technician specializing in In-Situ machining applications.Mr. Orani have gained almost twenty years of experience in In-Situ machining and we considered him as the guru and expert in this specialized works.
Yubhel maintain about sixteen regular skilled machinist, fabricator & welder. We are capable to served both in house or on-site job to help our customer's needs. We also have several specialist like Automation Engineers who can be called on duty upon our request.
