TECHNICAL SERVICES
Cold Splicing
Performs mechanical or chemical bonding of conveyor belt ends without heat application. This includes belt end preparation, surface cleaning, application of cold adhesive, alignment, and curing to restore belt continuity and ensure proper operation.
Hot Vulcanizing
Carries out heat and pressure bonding of conveyor belt joints using vulcanizing equipment. Involves precise belt cutting, layering of rubber compounds, placement in a vulcanizing press, and controlled heating to create a strong, seamless, and durable splice.
Belt Installation
Installs and aligns new conveyor belts on pulley and idler systems. Includes pulling and positioning the belt, tensioning, tracking adjustment, splicing (if required), and conducting operational checks to ensure smooth and safe conveyor performance.
