• Crankshaft Grinding & Polishing
This process restores worn or damaged crankshaft journals to precise manufacturer specifications. It involves precision grinding to remove surface irregularities, correct out-of-round conditions, and achieve proper journal dimensions. Final polishing ensures a smooth surface finish to reduce friction, improve bearing life, and restore optimal engine performance.
• Line - boring of engine block
Line boring corrects misalignment or wear in the main bearing housing bores of the engine block. Using specialized boring equipment, the bearing saddles are accurately machined to restore proper alignment and concentricity. This ensures correct crankshaft positioning, improved lubrication flow, and reliable engine operation.
Key way Machining/Restoration
Keyway machining restores or creates precise key slots in shafts, hubs, or couplings. The process includes accurate measurement, cutting, and finishing to ensure proper fit and torque transmission. Restoration work repairs worn or damaged keyways to restore mechanical integrity and prevent slippage or misalignment.
